The valve core accurately fits the valve seat through the dual action of spring and oil pressure, reducing the risk of internal leakage, and the leakage rate is much lower than that of conventional check valves.

The maximum working pressure can reach 350bar, supporting high-load scenarios (such as heavy machinery or metallurgical equipment);

Precautions for the use of Parker pilot check valves
Installation and commissioning specifications
The cleanliness of the hydraulic oil must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9). Before installation, the pipeline must be thoroughly flushed and a 10μm filter must be configured to prevent particles from wearing the valve core and valve seat;
During commissioning, it is recommended to set the initial pressure to 50% of the rated value, and gradually load it to the working pressure to avoid instantaneous high pressure impact on the sealing components.
Operation and maintenance requirements
Overpressure operation is prohibited (maximum pressure ≤350bar), and system vibration and abnormal noise are monitored regularly. Abnormal conditions require immediate shutdown and inspection;
Check the wear of seals every 500 hours, replace hydraulic oil every 2000 hours, and use Parker original accessories first during maintenance.
Response to special working conditions
Before long-term shutdown, the oil needs to be drained and anti-rust oil needs to be injected to prevent rust inside the valve body; when starting in a cold environment, the hydraulic oil needs to be preheated to above 15°C;
For high-frequency start-stop scenarios, it is recommended to install a buffer valve or accumulator to reduce the damage to the valve core caused by hydraulic shock.
System integration suggestions
When used with a proportional solenoid valve or digital amplifier module (such as PCD00A-400), the matching of the solenoid coil current and the pressure curve needs to be verified;
For complex faults, please contact the authorized service provider first to avoid secondary damage caused by non-professionals disassembling the valve body.
